Italian hamburgers Recipe Gluten-free and dairy-free (casein-free).

ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
- 4 gluten-free hamburger buns
- 700 g ground pork
- Salt and pepper
- 4 eggplant discs, about 1/2 inch thick
- Homemade pesto or store-bought
- Arugula
- Marinated roasted bell peppers
PREPARATION
- Form 4 pork patties of about 175g each, then season with salt and pepper.
- In a frying pan, on medium heat, cook the patties.
- Remove the patties, then use the same pan to cook the eggplant discs. Cook each side, then season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the burger by spreading pesto on the bottom bun, adding arugula, then the eggplant, the patty, the bell pepper, and then place the other bun half on top. Add any condiments you like!

VARIATION
You can replace hamburger buns with our baguettes, cut in half and then sliced lengthwise. Simply heat them up and shape your burgers into the shape of the baguette. A quick but equally delicious version.
